Google Fi has a 15-day return policy. If a new phone is bought through Google Fi and the decision is made to return it, this can be done within 15 days of the phone's delivery. The return is set up through the Google Store. Once the return is set up, a shipping label is received to attach to the return package. After receiving the label, the device must be shipped back within 14 days. If the device hasn’t shipped yet, the order may be cancelled or changed. Returns may be denied in cases of fraud or abuse, including repeated returns of the same or similar devices.

Before sending the device back, it is important to transfer, back up, or erase personal and other data on the device. Google isn’t responsible for the use or disclosure of any data that's on the device when it is received. The return package should include the box the device came in, the device or accessory to be returned, other accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the device. The form included in the return confirmation email should also be included. Items that didn’t come with the device should not be included.

Refunds can take 1–14 business days to process after the returned product is inspected. If the service is also cancelled, a billing statement will be received at the end of the first cycle, and it will have prorated charges. International charges will also be seen, if there are any. If the phone was paid in full, once the phone is received and verified to be in good working condition, a refund for the full cost of the phone, including any taxes, will be received. The refund should be seen on the credit or debit card in the Google Account that was used to purchase the device within 14 business days of receiving the phone.

As for the shipping policy, in the "Shipping method" field, the options are: For regular SIM cards, ground shipping (3-5 business days) is selected by default and has no charge. For an additional charge: Starting from $11.99, 2-day (2 business days) and next-day (1 business day) are also available. Shipping is free, and the credit card refund will be received once the device condition has been confirmed. The trade‑in credits can be expected in the form of a credit card refund within five days of device inspection or in the form of Fi credits on the next billing statement.

Google Fi is a wireless service that allows users to manage their payment information through the Google Fi website or app. Under the Billing tab, there is a Payment settings section where users can select Payment method. Here, users can change credit or debit card info, add a credit or debit card, or remove a credit or debit card.

To change card information, users can select Edit under the card they want to update, make the necessary changes, and then select Update. To add a new card, users can select Add payment method, enter the card information, and then select Save. To remove a card, users can select Manage card under the card they'd like to remove, and then select Remove.

Google Fi accepts credit or debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. However, Google Pay balance, bank accounts tied to your Google Account, checks, wire transfers, bank transfers, Western Union, Money Gram, any escrow type of payment, and prepaid cards are not accepted as payment methods.

Ten days after the monthly statement becomes available, the bill is automatically charged to the primary credit or debit card in the user's Google Account. If there is more than one card in the account, a primary card and a backup card can be set. The primary card will be charged, and if the primary card doesn’t work, the backup card will be charged.

If a card is reported stolen and is unavailable with a message that says “Verify on pay.google.com,” or “Verify in your Google Account’s payment methods”, the card must be verified before it can be used again. The verification code is the last 6 digits next to a temporary hold of $1.95 USD labeled "GOOGLE" on the card statement. This code must be entered in the account to complete verification.

Please note that at least one credit or debit card is always needed in the account, and the primary card cannot be removed. To remove a card that is primary, a second card must first be added and set as the primary card.

Google Fi offers a variety of phone plans and mobile phone deals. The plans include Simply Unlimited, Unlimited Plus, and Flexible.

The Simply Unlimited plan offers unlimited data, 5 GB of hotspot tethering, and data included in Canada and Mexico.

The Unlimited Plus plan provides unlimited data with extra perks such as unlimited hotspot tethering, data included in 200+ destinations, calls from the US to 50+ destinations, unlimited shareable data with tablets, 6 months of YouTube Premium, and 100 GB of storage with Google One.

The Flexible plan allows users to pay for the data they use, with hotspot tethering and data for $10/GB in 200+ destinations.

All plans include unlimited calls and texts, full connectivity for select smartwatches, spam call blocking, family location sharing, and 24/7 customer support.

Google Fi also offers a variety of phones from Google, Samsung, and Motorola. Users can also bring their own Android phone or iPhone.
